The owner of UCARE AGENCY, MICHEL BLEY was employed as technician and trainer in a big medical transportation Company in Maryland,Washington DC and Virginia area. He noticed that seniors often express needs in hiring staff from a reliable home care agency. Unfortunately they never get full satisfaction. Michel Bley then decided to establish his own business to provide Caregivers to senior citizens, handicapped and disabled individuals who need help with their everyday tasks. In 2009 he resigned from his position with his Employer and started a private duty home care agency which name is UCARE AGENCY LLC.
